OXBO Chef

Marinko Topalović is the executive chef of Hilton restaurants in Zagreb, and together with his team he placed the highest quality A5 Wagyu Japanese beef steaks on the menu of the OXBO restaurant.

This steak has an excellent, distinctly "meaty" taste, no other beef has the ratio and distribution of intermuscular fat as wagyu - it is a spider's web of thin lines of fat from which the meat looks pink and creamy, and when cooked has the texture of velvet and butter.
