Chef

Maestro at Oxbo restaurant's is Chef Goran Brnčić. He trained his culinary skills over the world, from Zagreb all the way to Dubai with top world-famous Chefs. Besides being a master in the kitchen, Goran is in symbiosis with the hotel business which he considers to be the ideal setting for a gastronomic improving. His motivation is very clear, as a result of that ultimate goal of every creative cook and which is a happy guest who is returns for more happyness.

In the end Chef Goran discovers motivation line that inspires him : Keep it simple and love what you do !
