Five Hilton Chefs. One Exclusive Dinner.
On April 23rd, OXBO Restaurant & Bar at DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb hosts a one-night dining experience that brings together five Hilton chefs from Zagreb, Opatija and Preko (Ugljan Island), united under the concept “5 Hilton hotels, 5 chefs, 1 dinner.”
Designed as a seven-course menu, the evening combines different culinary styles and techniques into a seamless progression of flavours. Each course is paired with selected Erdoro wines from Plešivica, complementing the character of every dish.
The dinner begins at 7 PM.
